An easy method to practice based on 27 chi energy pathways – medical qigong exercises, breathing exercises, meditations, energy channeling strategies, and a direct pathway to the flow of happiness. You will learn the secrets of the method while practicing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Tai Chi Kung is a methodology for the development and fusion of original styles of Tai Chi and Chi Kung Medical Chi Kung in combination with the Xing Yi Chuan style, which he learned from the Chinese physician, the late Grand Master Sifu Kenny Gong. It is a process of assimilating energy pathways, which are repeated regularly to bring about a physiological, psychophysical and biochemical change in the body.

Legend has it that thousands of years ago, people living in ancient China, near the Yangtze River, noticed that after practicing circular motion, the muscles and joints warmed up and as a result, symptoms of diseases and arthritis disappeared.

The first book that described this practice as Chi Kung was written around 700 BC and was called “The Yellow Emperor’s Book of Internal Medicine”. The book described breathing and movement exercises accompanied by guided imagery, which helped people maintain their health.

The Tai Chi Kung method is based on these ancient principles, and includes a series of quality movements, generators of energy flow that can be practiced while standing, walking and sitting. Through the method you can connect to the internal master frequency.

Tai Chi Kung was created from the development and fusion of original styles like Xing Yi, Tai Chi, Pe Kua and Medical Chi Kung with meditation, mindfulness and conscious breathing exercises. It is a process of assimilating energy pathways, which are repeated regularly to bring about a physiological, psychophysical and biochemical change in the body.

Tai Chi Kung is a way of life through which you turn your body into a machine, which knows how to produce and give good and vigorous energy so that you feel young, healthy and strong.

The ancient exercises are adapted to our day, to Western culture and the meeting of East and West. During the training you will learn martial arts techniques combined with healing techniques, highly self-aware breathing and movement meditation.

Persistence in practicing the method will allow you to be more precise, energetic, and feel young and have a clear horizon, and of course extend your life span. This is the basic plan for a good life in motion, for the next decades of your life.
